LOS ANGELES—Men.com is set to roll out new limited series Dawn of the Gladiators.
Directed by Alter Sin, the sword-and-sandal epic’s cast includes MrDeepVoice, Sumner Blayne, Marcus McNeill, as well as Men.com contract stars Malik Delgaty, Dom King and Filou Fitt.
According to the company's synopsis, in the first scene, to be released on November 21, Caesar (MrDeepVoice) has crossed the Rubicon, but the Roman senate is against him claiming the title of emperor. At a private dinner, his allies give him advice on how to get the people on his side ... and joke about his sexual exploits with his handsome gladiator champion (King) when the ruler is out of earshot. Caesar challenges his rival senators, Brutus and Cassius, to settle their dispute at a gladiatorial game, his champion against theirs. Caesar is sure victory will soon be his, and it makes him horny to take his champion to his bed chamber to sport together.
In the second scene, to be released on November 28, Senators Cassius and Brutus (Blayne) have chosen Spartacus as their champion, but they learn Caesar intends to poison him. The emperor's rivals hatch a plan to find a secret champion, the great Gallic warrior (Fitt) who terrorized Caesar's army and slew a hundred legionaries single-handedly. Brutus travels to the wilds of Gaul to take him back to Rome, but the muscular warrior isn't pleased at being taken captive until Brutus explains this is a chance to help bring down Caesar. Brutus seduces the fighter with his body as well as his rhetoric.
In the third scene, to be released on December 5, Caesar and his champion are confident in their victory until the rival champion drops his shield to reveal not the poisoned Spartacus but the Gallic warrior. Cassius and Brutus are smug, but there's nothing the emperor can do as the Gaul takes advantage of his champion's grandstanding to put a knife to his throat. Although Caesar must follow the will of the crowd and give the thumbs-down, the Gaul refuses to kill for the emperor. Humiliated, Caesar has both champions thrown in a cell. Brutus finds himself refused entry, but the guard (McNeil) is more than open to seduction from the senator.
Details of the final scene are to be announced.
Dawn of the Gladiators will debut on Thursday, November 21, streaming exclusively on Men.com, with a new episode released weekly.
