Sugar Daddies 4 tells the story of sinister pimp Roman Todd (pictured above), who makes naive young twinks fall in love with him so he can turn them out to hustle sugar daddies for cash. In an effort to make Roman happy, lovestruck Jaimie Steel picks up muscular Billy Santoro in a bar and proceeds to use his best sexual tricks to seduce the lonely older man.
Meanwhile Shane Omen sets his sights on the hugely hung Hugh Hunter, and convinces the lustful older stud that he's desperate for daddy love. But in the end, the question remains: is the lure of sex stronger than hard cash?
