Hungry Like the Wolf: Austin Wolf Eyes New Prospects

After nearly four years with the Falcon Studios Group, Austin Wolf entered 2019 deciding it was time for a move. He didn’t have to think long.

“[Jake Jaxson and RJ Sebastian] had been friends of mine for a number of years anyway, even before we all started in this interesting industry that we’re all in, and it was just time to make a change—and it’s been a really great change,” he says of his signing with CockyBoys. “I’m in one scene a month, which is all I really wanted, and of course the fan pages have grown a lot, which is nice.”

The switch opened up a whole new world of models to the popular performer, and he was eager to capitalize.

“Oh God, all of them … literally all of them,” laughs Wolf about his wish list. “That was the easiest thing about making my transition. They were like, ‘Does it matter who …?’ And I said ‘No!’ All of them are so perfect.”

Well, maybe he was a little excited to finally perform with one in particular …

“The one I was most eager for was definitely Levi Karter. The funny thing about Levi and I is, we tried to make our own little meetup at one point or another, but the timing just never worked out, so it’s funny. That was actually the first time we ever had sex, was on set. I do think we made out a couple times before, but that’s as far as it got.”

He also shot with Carter Dane (“amazing”), Nico Leon (“he is definitely going to make an impression on our community, to say the least”) and is looking forward to Mateo Vice. “I met him at the Grabbys last year and totally fell in love. He was totally just a doll. We’re probably on our way, little by little.”

His new scene partners also included Austin Avery—an exclusive to Wolf’s own 4my.fans platform.

“He is somebody that I met like three years ago in a parking lot in Florida, which is where we made our first video,” laughs Wolf. “And from that day, I told this young man that I thought—and I don’t say this to a lot of people—but I said, ‘You could do this for a living.’ And of course, he laughed it off; he thought that was funny.”

Then last January, Avery just happened to be on Wolf’s Atlantis Cruise, and the two ended up making more videos.

“I just told him, ‘Look, if you ever think you want to do this—even just for a little extra cash if that’s all it is—people are gonna love you.’ He’s got that watchable quality. And then of course [Jake and RJ] were always taking suggestions. I told them, ‘This kid’s an ace in the hole.’ The scene has been doing very well, and of course he’s killing it with his own content.”

Wolf sadly won’t be able to make a scene with another CockyBoys crush—unless a miracle happens.

“Liam Riley doesn’t make videos any more, at least at the moment. So my dream has been crushed. And I really don’t feel like I fall into his wheelhouse in terms of what he would chase after. Everybody I talk to is like, ‘Oh, everybody would want to film with you!’ And that’s really not the case. I’m very big, I’m very tall, and I’m getting a little older. There’s a lot of people that don’t like big guys, and if you don’t, I’m definitely not your guy.”

Wolf had to adjust to the CockyBoys way of filming, which differed from most of the work he was accustomed to.

“There’s only one person in the room besides you and the other model. That’s a huge difference. There’s no lighting, there’s no assistants, there’s none of that silliness going on. It’s one guy. Things are very fast, generally done in a couple of hours—and that’s not due to laziness, that’s due to ‘we know what we want, we know how we want it to look, and we know how to do it.’ It’s a lot of knowledge versus a lot of people. You know, when you’re on these five- to seven-hour shoots, there’s often too many people—too many cooks in the kitchen. Half the people there don’t really know what’s going on, so that ends up eating up a lot of time.”

Outside of his studio work, Wolf looks to grow 4my.fans—and his business savvy—even more this year.

“4myFans was in an infancy stage for a long period of time, and we recently implemented a new interface, functionality and branding—pretty much everything you could imagine was altered, and the level of quality and sophistication is really through the roof. I’m very happy with it.”

He started chasing after models a little bit more the last few months, helping the stable grow from about 60 models to 250.

“It’s doing extremely well; it’s a site that has the highest performance, and that’s actually graded through a third party—performance and just overall website functionality is the best out of all fan sites that exist, which we were super happy to have happen.”

Wolf attributes that to thoughtful development and patience.

“This wasn’t slapped together in a couple weeks. This wasn’t a website that wasn’t necessarily meant for what it’s for. As much as I love OnlyFans—and I am very appreciative of them and I still have 6,000 fans on that platform, so I’m happy with it—but it wasn’t meant for what’s its being used for. So what happens is that sometimes things don’t play, sometimes credit card processes don’t happen, they get a little bogged down. But [4my.fans] bypasses all of those issues.”

And Wolf has lofty goals for it, including a goal of 1,000 performers and 100,000 subscribers (“right now we’re at more like 20K”).

“I don’t think that’s unfeasible. I also have other projects that are on their way, and I think it’s going to affect 4myFans heavily,” he says. “What makes me even happier is all these guys are running their own little businesses and making money. 4myfans pays out 80 percent, OnlyFans pays out 80 percent—those are the only two websites out there that do this. Everyone else takes 30 percent, 40 percent, 50 percent … it’s a lot harder to make money with any other website out there.”

In addition to Avery, Wolf notes that Porfi Maximus is also kicking ass on the platform.

“These are two of the more beautiful young men that I’ve got to work with, and they have a great work ethic. They post the way they’ve been instructed to post, they listen to some of my teachings and then of course they’ve also evolved into doing their own thing. You don’t see that often. A lot of times, models want something for nothing, and fans don’t stand for that. I’m posting two to three videos a week, and there’s a constant level of attention and a constant level of content being thrown at them. Yeah, it’s only $10, but we live in a world of endless amounts of content. If you don’t keep up, why would they stay?”

Wolf notes that two other huge projects are taking up a ton of his time, with a handful of other partners involved.

“We’re looking for first-round funding of 3 million. It’s a bigger deal, not related to 4myfans, and is taking up a lot of my time. And then I’ve been doing a lot of traveling. I feel like there’s award show after award show, and then back and forth to the West Coast.”

That travel included a trip to the PinkX Gay Video Awards in Paris last October, which enabled Wolf to shoot with fellow gay porn legend Francois Sagat for the CockyBoys series A for Alpha.

“That was a real treat. Whenever you’ve never met somebody and you just see them via social media for six, seven, eight years—and then all of a sudden you have to meet them, it’s very nerve-racking, because they could disappoint you. And let me tell you, he does not disappoint. He is charming, he is sweet, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our scene flew by very quickly. I think they were very happy with it, to say the least.”

But sadly for fans, it may signal the beginning of Wolf’s final stretch in front of the camera.

“It’s my exit, just so we’re clear. I won’t be doing this past 40. I’m 38 now, so we got another year and a half or so, maybe another year. That’s the goal. You know, life happens. It could happen earlier, it could happen later. But I don’t want to be the guy that people look at and go, ‘Ugh, he should have quit four years ago.’ I think we have our time in this kind of spotlight, and at one point or another, we should take a bow and step off stage. I just decided that I didn’t really want to keep making videos too much longer,” Wolf says, citing his growing businesses and impending company launches as the perfect opportunity to transition out.

“They’ll be making enough money where I really don’t have to make this my career anymore. I just wanted my exit to be elegant. I wanted it to be sophisticated and classy, and that’s the definition of CockyBoys,” Wolf shares.

“And I’ve always given hope to my boyfriend that we should always be looking for the end. This world has enabled me to do everything I want to do, but I just feel like someone has been supporting me for the past five-plus years, and I want to repay that as much as I can. And I think having sex with this many people—especially so publicly visual—isn’t his favorite thing in the world. Again, he’s very supportive and he’s very happy about the industry and everything it’s brought us, but I think a little taste of the white picket fence is something that he would enjoy a little more.”
