Falcon Relaunches, Redefines Mustang Studios

Mustang Studios, a division of Falcon Studios, will re-launch in 2006 with a completely new attitude and visual identity, Troy Prickett, Falcon Promotions and Events Manager, told GAYVN today.

"Movies from Mustang Studios will feature strong, natural, and approachable men in darker and grittier situations," said Prickett, "the perfect balance to the legendary fantasy men and exotic locations found in Falcon Studios releases."

In conjunction with the re-launch, Mustang Studios has also signed its first exclusive, Cal Reynolds. Known to his fans as Speedy, Reynolds possesses the raw sexual energy and masculine edge that epitomizes the new Mustang brand, Prickett said.

"We looked at the existing Mustang brand from the top down and didn’t take anything for granted as we rebuilt it,” said Todd Montgomery, CEO of Falcon. “Consumers will notice a strong point of view, clear direction, and true understanding of what Mustang Studios stands for. The Mustang Man will be as iconic as the Falcon Man."

The first release, directed by John Bruno, Trapped 1-2(MVP-075 and MVP-075), will be available in February.

MustangStudios.com will launch in conjunction with the release of Trapped 1-2, and will feature e-commerce for direct-to-consumer DVD sales, online video on demand, and live sex shows.

Chris Steele, Falcon's Senior Director of Production and Editing, said, "Previously, Mustang was considered by many to be a secondary studio in the Falcon portfolio. This will change with the re-launch of Mustang Studios. Mustang will have a full schedule of new productions and a stable of hot exclusive models that appeal to men who love real men."
