SAN FRANCISCO—Falcon|NakedSword president and CEO Tim Valenti today announced the addition of executives Ben Rush and Trenton Ducati as well as marketer Cameron Greer to the company's staff. Rush will serve as vice president of creative content development and entertainment marketing, Ducati as director of production, and Greer as marketing manager. Rush and Ducati will report directly to Valenti; Greer will report to Rush.
“Falcon|NakedSword has big plans for 2023 and beyond, and Ben Rush, Trenton Ducati and Cameron Greer are the perfect people to help continue our growth and success,” said Valenti. “The company already has a powerhouse team in place, and these invaluable additions will allow us to expand our reach in the coming years.”
Entertainment industry marketing veteran and award-winning moviemaker Rush, who is Los Angeles-based, will oversee the creative development of the company’s hardcore movie product as well as brand extensions that include independent movie projects, publishing, apparel, accessories and adult toys. In addition, Rush is responsible for the strategic consumer marketing of all Falcon|NakedSword brands and categories. Rush continues to write, direct and produce content across all lines, having had success with movies such as Bred & Breakfast: The Come Inn, Guilty as Sin, Cumming Home for Christmas, and the current Falcon Studios romp Cheat Day.
Ducati, a multi-hyphenate who has been involved in just about every aspect of the adult industry, will lead Falcon|NakedSword’s physical production unit, adding a new level of organization and structure to the company’s ambitious upcoming schedule. Ducati’s strong talent and executive relationships have helped maintain his reputation, as have multiple Hall of Fame inductions and Performer of the Year awards. Ducati will continue to produce and direct content as well as contribute his photographic talents to various productions. Movies such as Capitol Affairs, Inseam and Skintight have become Ducati’s signature, and his oeuvre will continue to expand under the new arrangement.
Marketing manager Greer, who is based in New York, will apply his journalism background to this new role, which includes editorial duties on behalf of Falcon|NakedSword-owned media outlets TheSword.com, HUNTeZine.com and Blog.FalconStudios.com. Public relations, social media management and copywriting will be within his purview in addition to producing the company’s podcast, "Discretion Advised."
“Falcon|NakedSword is the leader in first-rate gay adult entertainment with a staff that is unparalleled in the industry,” said Rush. “I can’t think of a better place to call home.”
“I’ve watched the adult industry evolve over time, and one thing that has remained consistent is Falcon|NakedSword’s commitment to being at the forefront of creativity, technology and production,” said Ducati. “The company has been like family to me for more than a decade, and I’m proud to work alongside such remarkable filmmakers and executive talent.”
Greer added, “Falcon|NakedSword has been and always will be the number one brand in the gay adult entertainment space. I’m excited to help widen the scope of our product lines and generate new fans across a variety of demographics.”
