CockyBoys Release 'Sticky Face' Music Video

NEW YORK—CockyBoys has released "Sticky Face," a single and music video that is available on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon and Google Play. Directed by Jake Jaxson, it was inspired by  Cockyboys' much-talked-about boy band parody, One Erection: The (un)Making of a Boy Band

Last year CockyBoys CEO Jake Jaxson teamed up with Chi Chi La Rue to co-direct and create a project together. Billboard magazine had just written a feature about La Rue recording a  song with RuPaul, and asked why there were not more porn/pop crossovers. La Rue said that the CockyBoys were basically porn's boy band. That's when the light bulb went off in Jaxson's head, and One Erection was born.

One Erection: The (un)Making of a Boy Band is CockyBoys' first foray into porn parody, released as a web series in five parts exclusively on CockyBoys.com. All episodes are now live, and the DVD is now available exclusively at TLAGay.com. Shot as a mockumenatry (or cockumentary, if you will), the plot follows the boy band New Direction—their adoring fans call them One Erection—but they have been positioned by their management as straight when in fact they are all very gay. It's a recipe for an epic pop-star meltdown—their fights, flaws and sexcapaides are all captured while they are shooting the music video for the hit single "Sticky Face."

CockyBoys owner Jake Jaxson said, "This project has taken on a life of its own, and I'm thrilled by how much attention it has received both in and out side the adult space. This single and music video started out as a one line joke in our film, and as we kept spitballing the idea, it became clear to me we could make something that sounded like any other boy band track and we had a talented cast who could pull it off and they did! 'Sticky Face' is brilliantly performed by Levi Karter, Tayte Hanson, Kody Stewart, Liam Riley and Allen King. From the start they committed themselves to this crazy world, went over and beyond to work with me in creating these characters that truly go beyond paradigms of porn. I can never thank them enough for giving me such unique and unreserved creativity. This is and will always be the essence of our work."

Chi Chi LaRue said of the music video, "I know music video and have even been in my fair share of videos from Madonna to Prince, and One Erection's music video for 'Sticky Face' is ChiMazing!"
