NEW YORK — CockyBoys on Monday announced its sponsorship of the 'Bridges 4 Life' Sex Workers’ Rights Campaign and the launch of “Bridges4Life: An Audio Installation."
The installation is part of their 'Sex Work Is Work' campaign featuring the voices of New York’s trans and gender non-conforming sex worker community. This exhibit blends their voices, thoughts, and experiences into a moving portrait of survival, solidarity, and hope.
CockyBoys owner and director Jake Jaxson says of the event: "When I was made aware of the important work that Tahtianna and Bridges4Life were doing, I knew I had to get involved and use our platform to raise awareness and amplify their voices. It's a travesty what is happening to trans sex workers today and I want to use our voices to help bring attention to their struggle, now more than ever."
The Opening Night Fundraiser takes place tonight, July 26th, in New York City from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. at NSFW SoHo, New York’s new chic social sex club, billed as 'a social sex club for the adventurous'. The evening also celebrates the launch of Bridges4Life’s audio Installation available to visit at NSFW Soho on July 27th and 28th.
