DUSSELDORF, GERMANY – XY-Studios has received four David Award nominations: Best European Studio, Best European Movie for “Sperm Kisses,” Best European Cover for “Pissing,” and Best Gay Internet Portal for Mans-Art.com/street-boys.eu.
“The nomination in the category ‘Best European Studio’ is a big pleasure for me and my company,” XY junior manager Rene Bolinski, affectionately known as “Jonny,” said. “But with Belamco and Eurocreme we have two big competing companies in this category for the award.”
With the nod for “Sperm Kisses,” from the Street Boys series, XY exclusive director Marek Bruckner received his first nomination.
Mans-Art.eu includes the sites Street-Boys.eu, Skater-Boys.eu, and Turkish-Boys.eu, and in total there are 65,000 images and more than 400 video clips.
The David Awards, the European equivalent of the GAYVN Awards, will be presented October 19 in Berlin, during Hustlaball.
