SAN FRANCISCO - Titan Media has announced that it is the sole gay adult studio to be a presenting sponsor of Berlin's Folsom Europe festival. The Men of Titan will also headline official parties and perform at festival events.
Daniel Ruester, chairman of Folsom Europe, said, "We are very pleased and proud to have the support of Titan Media. With their partnership, we hope to raise and distribute even more money to the many European HIV/AIDS charities that desperately need our help. In the first three years we collected donations in the amount of almost 30,000 euros, and with Titan Media's help, this year we hope to significantly increase our donations."
Titan Media's vice president, Keith Webb, said, "Titan Media is proud to be supporting, and partnering with, Europe's largest nonprofit organization dedicated to the leather/fetish community. As part of our continued leadership and support of the leather/fetish community, we felt it was important to publicly support Folsom Europe and the great work that they do. We hope to lead by example and influence others in the adult business community to be more financially generous with their support of nonprofit community-based organizations both domestically and abroad."
Titan exclusives Alex Baresi, Dirk Jager, and Rick Van Sant, and TitanMen Frank Philipp and Lars Svenson are scheduled to appear at the festival, which runs August 29 through September 3.
The schedule is as follows:
- Saturday, September 1st, 12:00-4:00: A meet-and-greet at the Mr. B store/booth
- Saturday, September 1st, 4:00-7:00: Appearances on the main stage and in the official press photo area
- Saturday, September 1st, 11:00 p.m.-4:00 a.m.: A performance at PIG, Folsom Europe's official party
- Sunday, September 2nd, 9:30 p.m.-2:00 a.m.: A performance at the Leather Lounge @ Bangaluu
Folsom Europe is a volunteer project created under the San Francisco Folsom Street Events umbrella. It donates net proceeds to European AIDS charities.
