LOS ANGELES - Channel 1 Releasing has promoted Timothy Ferencz to the position of national sales manager. His primary responsibilities will include overseeing C1R's domestic sales department and serving as the primary contact for the company's international sales team.
"Timothy has spent the last four years building strong relationships with our valuable clients," said director of distribution and C1R partner Jefferson Hitchcock. "Between his exceptional knowledge of our products and the tireless dedication he brings to the job, we felt he was the perfect fit for the position."
Originally from Chicago, Ferencz received a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois and has 15 years of progressive business-to-business sales experience in consumer products. For the past four years he served as senior sales executive for C1R, and during that time he landed several new key accounts and worked with clients in the distribution, wholesale and website fulfillment channels, according to Hitchcock.
"I am very excited to be stepping into my new position as national sales manager," Ferencz said. Ferencz will be supervising the Channel 1 Releasing booth during the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas from Jan. 9-12.
