NORTH HILLS, Calif. – Pacific Sun Entertainment has tapped T.J. Paris, a 2009 inductee into the GAYVN Hall of Fame, to helm a new line of gay adult videos.
A 20-year veteran of the industry, Paris has participated as either performer or director in 280 titles for a variety of companies. As a director, he specializes in the “straight men having gay sex” niche. Among his directing credits are Behind the Secret Door (Oh Man!, 2006), My New Stepbrother (All Worlds Video, 1999) and My Secret Lust (Sunshine, 1999).
“Back in the day, the gay-for-pay model was the subject of both hot fantasy and harsh criticism,” Pacific Sun production and marketing chief Michael LaBarbera said. “With the ever-changing morals and mores of our modern society, the lines of sexual preference become increasingly blurry.
“It may be my imagination, but it seems that an increasing number of extremely hot men are admitting to being bi or at least bi-curious. And how lucky for the fans of porn that they are ready, willing and able to ‘experiment’ with man-to-man sex on camera.”
Paris said he expects his first production for Pacific Sun, Straight Up Dudes, to release in June or July. The cast is headlined by Jet Set Men exclusive Hayden Stephens.
“Inside sources tell me this will be the first time some of [the men in the cast of Straight Up Dudes] have experimented with other men, but all are eager to see how it feels,” LaBarbera said.
