SAN DIEGO, Calif. - Newcomer Tommy Defendi has signed an exclusive modeling contract with gay adult entertainment company Suite 703.
The Illinois native got his start in porn on the website College Dudes 24/7. He came to the attention of Suite 703 executives at the Grabby Awards' "Skin Trade" pre-party, making such a good impression that he nearly ended up with a contract on the spot, a Suite 703 representative said. However, formalities are formalities, so Defendi endured a screen test of sorts, and when his scenes proved popular on Suite 703's websites, the deal was sealed.
"Honestly, [director] Jim Steel and everybody on-set gave me one of the best experiences that I really had," Defendi said of the audition. "They made it really easy for me. It was a very fun work environment."
Steel is equally enthusiastic about Defendi.
"Tommy is a natural-born performer," he said. "The way he kisses another man makes me remember being 16 and out on a first date. While his sweetness always shines through, when he moves into sex mode, look out. He has a nasty streak that jumps off of the screen. It is so nice to work with a kid with such a big dick who also enjoys giving pleasure to others and doesn't just lie there expecting to be serviced."
Suite 703 executive producer Laura also has fallen under Defendi's spell.
"We are very excited to have Tommy Defendi as our newest contract star," she said. "He has the all-American look and has a great on-screen presence, and his fans will love his boyish charm and personality. We are thrilled to have Tommy as our own for the next year in many of our fantasy roles."
Defendi takes all the praise in stride, saying he simply enjoys what he does.
"I love the traveling involved in porn and making appearances," he said. "I love coming to Los Angeles to film, and I just love performing in general. It's exhilarating, and I love the people that I get to do it with."
Defendi already has shot scenes for all three Suite 703 websites: My Brother's Hot Friend, Men Hard at Work and Hot Jocks Nice Cocks.
"The scenes on the Suite 703 sites are incredible," Defendi said. "They make me look better. Seriously, they are top-notch, and I am very happy to be part of that team."
Defendi's first appearance as a Suite 703 exclusive will be Aug. 6, when he will headline the weekly "Porn Star of the Week" event at Here Lounge in West Hollywood, Calif. While there he will sign autographs, give away T-shirts and DVDs and go-go dance from 10 p.m. until 1 a.m.
