SAN FRANCISCO - Studio 2000 has released two classic gay porn titles on DVD: My Secret Collection and Voyeur. Both films are centered on the classic erotic theme of gorgeous men hooking up and watching others do the same.
Derek Kent helmed My Secret Collection (1997, 90 minutes). It features Matt Bradshaw, Logan Reed and Brett Winters, and costars Rainey Foster, Rappalo, Austin Reeves and Danny West.
"In this vid, [Reed is] a compulsive, sexy voyeur videotaping others," according to a 1997 AVN review. "At the end, the tables are turned in a unique twist that shows how [director Kent] can not only shoot good sex, but can tell a good story, too."
John Trennel directed Voyeur (1994, 90 min.), which stars matinee idols Adam Hart, Grant Larson and Scott Russell alongside Rob Antonio, Ryan Cassidy, Monte Fiero, Al Michaels, Johnny Roma, Bruce Spaulding, Allen Stephenson and Tom West.
"Surprisingly effective stuff from director John Trennel," TLA Video said in a review. "This premise has been played out so many times ... but here Trennel and his bevy of muscled sleazeboys do a killer job. Cover model Adam Hart does a wicked solo for his prying neighbor's eyes, and he and Scott Russell have one helluva bang-up later on. This one just takes the premise and runs with it. Terrific backroom and back-alley scenes, too. If you ever fantasize about getting off in your underwear (or have a filthy mind and spy on your neighbors), here you go."
Both films also will be made available for download on the S2K Fan Club, the company's membership website.
Paladin Video will handle distribution of the titles.
