CHARLOTTE, NC – “Real Cowboys in Cowboy Country,” a short story in which a city slicker from Chicago gets more than he bargained for from a passel of ranch hands in Denver, was named the winner of StickyPen.com’s first gay erotic fiction contest.
The author, StickyPen user bardnc, will receive an autographed copy of To the Last Man, the companion coffee-table book to Raging Stallion Studios’ gay western epic of the same title. Other authors who entered their work in the contest will receive 30 free minutes in the StickyPen video-on-demand theater operated by parent company AEBN.
“The decision was difficult,” admitted Clarke, StickyPen’s administrator. “All of the submissions were great reads, but someone had to be the winner and I think bardnc’s story deserves top honors.
“This was our first contest, and it was a complete success,” Clarke added. “I want to thank everyone who wrote, read or voted on the contest stories. Without them, it wouldn’t have been possible.”
