NEW YORK—Will Clark’s sixth annual Bad Boys on the Hudson cruise, scheduled for Sunday, will be the last.
According to Clark, “All good things must come to an end. When I produced my first Bad Boys party in September 1998, I had no idea that I’d go on to raise a half million dollars with the events through five Bad Boys Pool Parties in Los Angeles, five Bad Boys Pool Parties in Palm Springs, three Bad Boys Burlesque Shows in San Francisco and six Bad Boys on the Hudson here in New York.”
The Bad Boys cruises have become known as “no-holds-barred nights of fundraising, dancing and hijinks on the high seas.” The final adventure, in conjunction with one of Michael Fesco’s weekly summer Sea Teas, will begin boarding the Queen of Hearts at 6 p.m. ET Sunday on New York’s Pier 41. The cruise will depart at 7:30 p.m. sharp and return at 10 p.m.
This time Bad Boys on the Hudson will feature six of New York’s manliest men: go-go idol Mike Dreyden, Torez, New York Mr. Leather 2009 Jase Woodruff, Tom of Finland model Duke Rivers, Tyger Hudson and Woof Parties’ Jonny Mack. In addition, Porno Bingo bitch Amanda Takehometomother and DJ Philip Kimball will liven up the atmosphere.
The event will benefit Team Eagle, a group of cyclists from the New York Eagle who plan to ride from Boston to New York during September’s Braking the Cycle HIV fundraising challenge.
“[Noted photographer] Joe Oppendisano has donated a print that we’ll auction off, and all the stars will be wearing jockstraps that we’ll also auction off,” Clark said. “We’ll also be doing our traditional crotch-to-floor raffle tickets for recent gay porn.”
Bad Boys on the Hudson tickets, which include a buffet dinner catered by East of Eighth, are $22 in advance via SeaTea.com or $27 on the pier, if any remain available.
