SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Saggerz Skaterz Studio, a subsidiary of Thexis, has appointed Andrew "AndyMike" Yancey executive vice president of sales and marketing.
Yancey has nine years of experience in marketing, sales and website design and development; for the past three years, he served as webmaster for JustUsBoys. His primary focus in the new position will be overseeing Saggerz Skaterz' online division, including the planned webmaster program SkaterBucks. He also will be in charge of distributing the company's DVD lines.
"Thexis has grown in leaps and bounds over the last year, and to take things to the next level I knew we needed to bring in a person with a strong background in marketing and sales," said Saggerz Skaterz Studio founder Zak. "In my mind, Andy was the only person that fit the bill."
Bryce, co-founder of JustUsBoys, remarked, "As you might suspect, we are sad to see Andy leave us. He was with JustUsBoys through explosive growth, and his work helped us on our path to becoming one of the largest gay portals online. He'll be missed, but we are happy to see him expanding his quest for challenges while nurturing his burgeoning thirst for the entrepreneurial spirit that I and the other owners of JustUsBoys thrive on ourselves.
