Raging Stallion Studios, Inc., and its president, Christopher Ward, and Madelon Weinberg of International Media Distributors (IMD) announced in a March 8 press release that they have reached a mutually satisfactory settlement of their recent legal dispute.
"Mr. Ward, on his own behalf and on behalf of Raging Stallion Studios, Inc., has apologized to Ms. Weinberg for any past disparaging comments made about her or IMD. Ms. Weinberg has accepted the apology. Both Mr. Ward and Ms. Weinberg are intent on putting these past differences behind them, and are focused on forging a new business relationship with one another," the press release stated.
According to the announcement, Ward and Weinberg have "unhesitatingly agreed to work together again in bringing high quality gay entertainment products to consumers. Each has come to recognize the other's high ethical standards in business, marketing, and sales representation. In addition, each recognizes and respects the other’s abiding commitment to the gay community and to offering high-quality gay entertainment products to consumers in the community."
