SAN FRANCISCO—The release of Private Resort: Boys in the Sun marks a new direction for Raging Stallion Studios. The movie represents the first production in a new line focused on younger men than the gay adult studio has featured previously.
“We are very excited to be expanding into the young male market place,” said RSS President Chris Ward. “After we acquired the website Twinks.com, we knew we wanted to start producing our own content. This is an excellent film, and we are proud to add this new line to our regular release schedule.”
Films in the new line will be directed by Gio Caruso, who recently joined the RSS directing staff. Miami-based Caruso also will shoot all of the new Twinks.com videos in South Florida, where young men are both plentiful and willing to show their stuff on film, he said.
“I am beyond thrilled to be working with Raging Stallion Studios and directing this new line of films for them and Twinks.com,” he said. “When Chris Ward reached out to me to direct for him, I was truly grateful and could not think of a better studio to direct for.
“When I first heard the word ‘twink’ I was a little apprehensive, to be honest,” Caruso continued. “I made the assumption that it meant skinny, very young and not very masculine. Well, this is not true at all with this film. Rather, the models are much more athletic, in their early 20s, and as I like to call them, young athletic males. More like the college jock than the skinny young guy. The twink genre truly spans a wide range of model types, and for this line of films we are focusing on casting more athletic young men.”
Private Resort features the talents of Ryan Raz, Tommy Defendi, Cody Springs, Felix Andrews, Hunter Vance, Ridge Michaels and Justin Taylor.
“Everyone on this film worked so well together, and the chemistry between the models really comes through in every scene,” Caruso said. “The entire film was shot on location at the beautiful Coral Reef gay guest house in Fort Lauderdale, which made for a great tropical setting for the boys to play in.
“All of the models in this film have smoldering good looks, to say the least, and each guy really gives a great performance,” he added. “Wait until you hear Tommy Defendi getting fucked by Ryan Raz. He was so into having Ryan pound his ass that I think people could hear him screaming in ecstasy a mile away. As a matter of fact, when we finished filming that scene, the guests staying at the resort gave him a round of applause.”
