According to an announcement by Randy Summers on Adult Model Forum, gay XXX performer Austin Black has died.
Summers, who manages the apartment building where Black was living, found the body on March 9.
"I had not seen him for a few days, so I went to check up on him," Summers said. "I noticed water running out of his door. When I entered the apartment, I found him dead in the tub. He had been dead for a few days. It was devastating. He was one of my best friends."
Summers said the coroner's office labeled the death as being from natural causes. Black was 43.

"The support and outpouring of affection for Austin has been overwhelming," Summers said.
Director T.J. Paris said, "Austin was a wonderful man. I just spoke with him two weeks ago. His death is a shock. He was an excellent performer and very reliable. I can't tell you how many shoots he saved. I'll really miss him. We all will."
Black's career spanned more than a decade and included such films as Das Butt, Chocolate Dessert, CUMplete & Uncut, In the Mix, Said & Done, Run With the Bulls, and Stiff Summer Cock Tales.
