Leading VOD site NakedSword.com has named gay adult star Owen Hawk as their 2006 NakedSwordsman.
Hawk, who has made films for top studios including Falcon, Buckshot, Titan, Hot House, Lucas Entertainment, and Rascal, was named “Performer of the Year” at the 2005 Grabby Awards and founded his own production company, Dark Alley Media, in the same year.
“Owen Hawk isn’t an ordinary porn star,” said Tim Valenti, President of NakedSword. “Not only has he worked with the top studios in the business, he had the ambition, talent, and drive to make his own production company a success. We’re proud to name this sexy mogul our 2006 NakedSwordsman.”
Mutiny, the first video released by Hawk-founded production company Dark Alley Media, debuted on NakedSword.com in July 2005 and has remained a consistent member favorite.
Dark Alley Media’s follow up video, Owen Hawk: Unleashed has performed similarly well. Even with its limited number of releases, the small production company managed to score five GAYVN nominations, including Best All-Sex Video and Best Leather Video for Unleashed and Best Specialty Release (Extreme) for Mutiny.
Hawk is also a nominee for GAYVN's Performer of the Year award.
Owen Hawk is the third NakedSwordsman in the company’s history. Previous title holders are Ben Jakks (2005) and Marcus Iron (2004).
