Neighbors Want Home-Based Gay Porn Site Closed

Some men running a 24/7 gay adult Website from a home in an upscale subdivision are making the neighbors restless. Enough so that an attorney for the subdivision is asking a county judge to order the operation closed

That July 31 request in Seminole County Court came a year after the Brantley Harbor Homeowners Association sued the home's owner, realtor Judith Crago, who leases the home to the men running the site, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

The homeowners' association argues – and Crago admitted in a sworn statement – that the gay adult site is a business, which violates the subdivision's deed of restrictions, the Sentinel said. But her attorney, Luke Lirot, told the court the homeowner's association it isn't just a question of a home business because the association ignored other businesses run from other subdivision homes, the paper said.

Lirot said it was unfair to go after a home-based adult Website when it did nothing about the other home-based businesses. "You can't let people break your rules year after year after year," he said. "The people living there have the right to the private enjoyment of their home." But the association argued they have begun enforcing the home business ban against other businesses as well, the Sentinel said.
