MONTREAL - The statistics component inside MyGayCash's webmaster area has undergone a makeover to make it more relevant and useful for affiliates.
‘‘We took the webmasters' suggestions and needs into consideration to rebuild the statistics module,'' said My Gay Cash managing partner Mario Guarda. ‘‘We now present a more complete summary and more details related to traffic, sales and payment. As webmasters log in they are presented a complete summary of the actual period.''
Guarda said MyGayCash believes statistics are crucial for webmasters and affiliate managers to be able to work hand in hand.
‘‘They are what provide the required data to make the best decisions about traffic, income and the way we can work together to maximize revenue,'' he said.
My Gay Cash's statistics module now features unique hits per day, unique hits per period, traffic sources, signups for the current pay period (both recurring and non-recurring sales) and ratios. Statistics also are available to track which tool (banner, text link, gallery, etc.) provided the best conversion rate during a period.
‘‘The idea is to offer the best information concerning traffic and sales,'' Guarda said. ‘‘Each webmaster's site is different, but they all require data to make better decisions.
