SAN DIEGO, Calif.—After a two-year hiatus, Suite 703 has readied the fourth volume in its popular My Brother’s Hot Friend series. My Brother’s Hot Friend Vol. 4 stars Trevor Knight, Brandon Wilde, Cameron Marshall, Dareian Blue and Nikko Alexander.
