LONDON—“Face of MenAtPlay” model contest winner Levi Poulter is not unaware of the irony inherent in his new title: His face may not be the body part for which he becomes most well-known now that he has become the first man ever to sign an exclusive one-year contract with the online gay adult studio.
Poulter, also known as “Miami Levi,” was presented to the public at London’s Café de Paris on July 16, during a pre-launch celebration for the revamped MenAtPlay.com website. MenAtPlay models past and present, along with future hopefuls, attended and entertained the crowd with two production numbers that included singing, dancing and “dazzling visual displays.”
Footage of the gala will be available on the seven-year-old Britporn website soon, a spokesman promised.
Poulter, a 34-year-old professional model, previously has fronted advertising campaigns for Abercrombie & Fitch and Ralph Lauren, among other fashion brands. Following his public unveiling, he went right to work on a MenAtPlay set.
“We cannot begin to express how excited we are that Levi has decided to work with us for his big jump into professional adult entertainment,” studio spokesman Adrian Wilkie said. “With his modeling background, Levi will be the ultimate addition to MenAtPlay and the perfect way to launch this new era for us.
“We are eager to see the reaction of our members to the new website, which will premiere with Levi’s first MenAtPlay production,” Wilkie added. “This is a very exciting collaboration for both parties, and we have no doubt that it will blow everyone away.”
MenAtPlay expects to unveil the redesigned website in August. New features include high-resolution streaming video, DRM-free downloads and an expanded community section that will allow members to share videos.
