Matthew Rush to Tape PSA, Make Appearance in D.C.

WASHINGTON—MightyMen.com will kick off spring in Washington, D.C., by hosting a special appearance of Matthew Rush at Secrets Nightclub. Rush will appear on stage Thursday night; on Friday night he will be joined by Max Sinclair, Channel 1 Releasing exclusive Mitchell Rock and 15 other nude dancers.

Originally scheduled to appear in February, Rush altered his plans when record snow storms shut down the Capitol area’s airports, roads and businesses for nearly a week, according to MightyMen.com owner Jon Royce. Secrets, located at 1824 Half Street S.W.—within walking distance of the Capitol building—was covered in more than two feet of snow, grinding all traffic to a halt. Eight weeks later, the cherry blossoms are blooming and the boys are ready to come out and play, Royce said.

While in Washington, Rush is scheduled to tape a second video public service announcement for DCFukit.org, a non-profit organization that provides safer-sex information and free condoms to gay establishments in the D.C. area.

“Rush taped his first PSA last October at our MightyMen.com studios when he was in Washington, D.C., for our 12th anniversary party,” Royce said. “Since the release of the original video, [in which] Rush demonstrates how to put on a condom over his hard cock, the organization has seen a noticeable increase in interest and donations. DCfukit.org has even received offers from other porn stars to come to Washington, D.C., and tape PSAs.

“DCfukit.org used to receive government funding, until the funding was suspended last year due to recession cutbacks,” he added. “It is solely operated and funded by private donations [now], and it’s a worthy cause.”

According to Royce, Rush expects to have a well-known co-star for the second PSA, but the details are confidential. Photos and video from the first shoot are available here.
