VAN NUYS, CALIF. - Mark Dalton was moved from the Denton County [Texas] Jail and moved to the Gurney Unit transfer facility in Tenessee Colony, Texas, September 27.
It is still unknown how much time he will be serving for his parole violation. The parole board has up to 60 days to turn in a decision as to how long Dalton has to wait before going back on parole.
Dalton released the following statement from the prison: "Thanks to everyone who supports me. Trust me; if you knew the "truth" ... you wouldn't believe it. I just seem to get myself into situations that some people use to hurt me. I give people the benefit of the doubt. And it bites me on my ass. Thanks for sticking with me... It means a lot to me. Hopefully, I'll be out by Christmas and back on the road early next year."
