Mark Dalton Set to Resume Adult Career

VAN NUYS, Calif. – After a two-year hiatus, Mark Dalton is ready to return to performing in gay adult entertainment, according to his agent, David Forest.

Dalton was paroled in February from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice following a two-year return to prison as the result of a previous parole violation. At the time of his release, Forest noted the performer planned to accept only “private meetings” arranged by Forest in the Dallas area, where Dalton lives. Dalton subsequently decided to return to the adult entertainment industry full force, Forest noted.

He also secured permission to travel, Forest added.

“Dalton has permission from his parole officer to go wherever he needs to go for work,” Forest said. “We just have to advise the parole office in advance. They are being just as sweet as before.”

Dalton, 29, has not appeared on stage, in print or on film since 2007. His most recent adult movies, Mark Meets Zeb: The Texas 2-Step (2007) and Super Soaked (2005), proved successful for Zeb Atlas Productions and Jocks Studios, respectively.

“His live appearances have always been the biggest nights of the year everywhere he performs,” Forest said. “His website, MarkDaltonXXX.com, is fun, reasonably priced and full of great content. Mark will be adding new photos and videos very soon.”

Dalton originally was sentenced to probation in 2002 on GHB-possession charges. A judge revoked the probation in 2004 following an assault charge and required Dalton to spend time as a guest of the TDCJ. He was paroled in November 2005. In June 2007, he was arrested following an altercation at his home in Denton, Texas, and after serving 90 days in county jail on two misdemeanor assault charges to which he pleaded guilty, he was returned to a TDCJ facility at Mineral Wells, Texas, for parole violation.

“My little break gave me a chance to refresh my mind, get my body in the finest shape it’s ever been in, and to reconfirm my focus for this period of my life,” Dalton said Thursday. “As a good friend of mine always says, ‘onward and upward.’”

Forest, who last year sold talent-management agency ForestMen under a no-compete contract, said he has forged an agreement with the agency’s new owner to represent just one former client.

“I’ve made a special arrangement with FabScout to resume my management of Dalton,” he said.

FabScout Entertainment owner Howard Andrew confirmed the deal.

Forest said Dalton will embark on a series of personal appearances later this year. Dates and venues for the “Busting Out All Over Tour” have yet to be set. He also said Dalton will entertain offers of roles in adult productions “as long as [the producers] don’t start off with a 20 minute lecture about how the business has changed.”

Dalton may be reached via Forest, who may be contacted via his website, ForestMeetings.com.
