DENTON, TEX. - Gay porn star Mark Dalton was arrested in Denton, Texas, May 31after an altercation with police officers. Misdemeanor charges of assault causes bodily injury family violence and interference with an emergency call were filed against him on June 21.
After initially being released on $7,500 bail, when it came to light that the arrest violated his current parole for possession of GHB, he was jailed without bail.
He is set to be arraigned July 16 at the Denton County Criminal Court. Once the misdeameanor charges have been addressed, the parole board will look into his parole violation.
Dalton is the star of films including Prick Tease, Ranch Hand Muscle, and Mark Dalton and Friends.
