TORONTO—The guys at Maleflixxx know how to throw a party, especially when charity is involved. On Saturday, the web-based video-on-demand network partnered with TitanMen Tyler Saint and Ryan Russell to host a “Cock and Tail Hour” at Woody’s Toronto. In the end, the gang raised more than $2,000 to benefit earthquake-relief efforts in Haiti.
“As a company, we knew that we wanted to do our part in supporting the Haiti relief effort, and this event provided us with that opportunity,” Eric Johnson, president of Maleflixxx parent company Sureflix Digital Distribution, said. “We are extremely grateful to Tyler Saint, Ryan Russell and TitanMen for all of their help and drawing such a large crowd.”
Maleflixxx Cock and Tail Hours give fans a chance to meet their favorite porn stars up-close, participate in live Q&A sessions and watch live performances. During Saturday’s event, the Maleflixxx team raffled off gift baskets full of TitanMen prizes and offered fans the opportunity to have pictures taken with the TitanMen performers. Last but certainly not least, Saint and Russell auctioned the jockstraps right off their … well, you know.
Including a $300 donation from the bar, the evening’s activities drew more than $1,100 in on-site donations. The amount will be matched by the Canadian government.
“It was an amazing night, and I know we raised a ton of money for a great cause,” Russell said. “Despite the subzero temperatures, Woody’s was crammed with the best crowd you could ask for.”
Added Saint, “Many thanks to Ewan and the rest of the Maleflixxx crew for making the entire night not only a success, but for the new friendships we have created. Kudos to you all.”
