NEW YORK - Lucas Entertainment has wrapped Return to Fire Island Part I and Part II and plans to distribute the DVDs in late November and early December, respectively.
"Overall, the weather was absolutely amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better production," Lucas Entertainment chief executive officer and president Michael Lucas said. "This is our return to Fire Island, but we had such a great time it's as if we never left."
The latest entries in Lucas' Fire Island Cruising line represent a return to the popular line - if not the original location - after a three-year hiatus. Both films were shot simultaneously on-location at the historic Belvedere Hotel in the Cherry Grove section of Fire Island, New York. Earlier entries in the series were shot in Fire Island's The Pines area.
"[The Belvedere] was the perfect backdrop for our elegant and steamy sex romp," said co-director Mr. Pam. "The owners couldn't have been more welcoming to us, setting the tone for a fun and sexually free nine-day shoot.
"I'm continually inspired by the sexual creativity of Michael Lucas, always raunchy in his Rick Owens tank tops," she added. "Return to Fire Island continues to push the boundaries of porn while maintaining the Lucas Entertainment commitment to high fashion and jaw-droppingly gorgeous men going at it in style."
Return to Fire Island Part I and Part II mark the first Lucas Entertainment features for which Mr. Pam served as full-time creative director. They also represent the first Lucas Entertainment productions following the company's new model travel policy, under which talent is reimbursed for all travel expenses, including airfare. The entire cast and crew arrived on time and performed without any complications, according to Lucas.
"I'm very happy with the result," he said. "All of our talent easily coordinated their travel with our staff in New York City, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend that all studios adopt similar policies."
In addition to Lucas, Return to Fire Island Part I and Part II star Lucas Entertainment exclusives Ben Andrews and Wilfried Knight, along with Rafael Alencar, Rod Barry, Nick Capra, Lucca Ciccone, Jason Crew, Mike Dreyden, Travis Irons, Andy Kay, Ridge Michaels, Danny Parker, Ryan Raz, Jacob Samson, Rusty Stevens and Jackson Wild.
