Lucas Begins Production of ‘Inside Israel’

NEW YORK—Lucas Entertainment has begun production of its second major production to be shot on location in Israel. Inside Israel features an international cast, showcasing models from France, Spain, Argentina, Slovakia, Hungary, the U.S. and—no surprise here—Israel.

According to Lucas Entertainment Chief Executive Officer Michael Lucas, the new title will show viewers Israel through the eyes of its European stars: exclusive Jonathan Agassi, plus Naor Tal, Sebastian Ritz, Bruno Jones, Carlos Caballero, Jay Roberts, Hugo Martin, Max Schutler and several newcomers. Lucas participates on camera, as well.

The story centers on a Spanish photographer (Jones) who travels to Israel to document the beauty of the country for a new book. He takes his own set of European models and throws them together with some hot locals. In a case of life mirroring art, Lucas expects to publish next year a companion book about the creation of the movie.

As scripted, Inside Israel incorporates 12 performers in six hardcore scenes and “a smattering” of solos. All the scenes are set outdoors.

“For me, [the previous movie] Men of Israel was more than just a film,” Lucas said. “It served as a means to open up the world’s eyes to some of the most beautiful places on Earth. I’ve lost track of the number of people who have contacted me just to say they saw the film and are planning to visit Israel. This country has so much to offer, and I’m proud to have the opportunity to film there again.”

Co-director mr. Pam added, “I am very excited that we are continuing the incredibly successful line of Israeli movies. I love being a part of something that has never been done before. Israel has such an amazing vibe and offers such beautiful, natural locations. I can’t wait to get back.”

Production is scheduled to run for three weeks, and Lucas plans to add behind-the-scenes updates to his personal blog throughout filming. Lucas and his crew also plan to lens scenes for two additional releases, one in the Lucas Raunch line, and the other in the award-winning Auditions line.

Inside Israel is scheduled for double-disc release Nov. 23. Members of LucasEntertainment.com will have access to selected scenes prior to the DVD release. The Raunch title is expected to begin shipping Dec. 7, and the Auditions production is slated to be available Jan. 18, 2010.
