VAN NUYS, CALIF. - Johnny Castle kicks off his fall tour Wednesday, September 19 in West Hollywood, Calif., when he appears at Chi Chi LaRue's Dirty Deeds at Fubar.
David Forest, owner of David Forest Entertainment and Castle's manager, says "Tonight's event reunites Johnny with the person responsible for bringing him out from New Jersey two years ago to be in the XXX business - Chi Chi LaRue."
LaRue says, "I'm especially proud of giving Johnny his start; things are only going to get better for this wonderfully sweet guy."
The Hustle & Cruise star performed in his first live shows in August in Nashville and Indianapolis. He will appear next week on the East Coast at:
Venu in Boston, September 26
Splash in New York, September 28
The Eagle in Pittsburgh, September 29
Additionally, he will appear on The Derek & Romaine radio show (Out Q 109) September 27 at 8 p.m. EDT.
Forest says of the radio gig, "Johnny did the show this summer (when it was airing from L.A. during Outfest) and he was such a hit they asked him to return next week when he's in NYC for the Splash appearance."
Following those appearances, Castle will head north to Montreal to appear at Stock Bar on October 19, becoming the first Forest Man to appear in the city. The following night he will make his last tour appearance at The Connection in Louisville.
