BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.—Five years after his debut as a gay adult performer, Jesse Santana has added a new title to his resume with the formation of Jesse’s Boys. Santana describes the agency as “a one-of-a-kind talent management and model training company.”
Currently a CockyBoys.com exclusive, Santana boasts a career that has encompassed award-winning work with various gay studios, including Jet Set Men, Falcon Entertainment, Channel 1 Releasing and Titan Media. His experiences led him to found the agency in hopes of helping others duplicate his successes and avoid his mistakes, he said.
“I thought to myself, ‘who better to represent a porn star than a porn star who is in the business, has been in the business and who has sat on both sides of the fence?’” Santana said. “So I started Jesse’s Boys.”
One of the way in which Santana hopes to set his agency apart is by seeing to his clients himself in order to ensure the models understand the industry, realize what is expected of them and always conduct themselves in a professional manner. Santana said he intends to be very selective in the clients Jesse’s Boys accepts.
The agency’s client roster will represent “a new generation of male talent,” he said. “These guys are fresh but very confident because they have been shown the ropes by yours truly.”
Santana said Jesse’s Boys will assist not only adult film companies but also clubs and bars nationwide.
“I want to raise the bar and the standards for the models and the clients,” he said. “I’m constantly dedicated to growing our stable of guys and am guaranteeing our guys will be what we say they are. The boys will match the description the client requested, and if we don’t have what they are looking for, we will find it for them. I want Jesse’s Boys to be the place people turn to for male talent and the place talent come to learn the business and see their careers take off.”
