SAN FRANCISCO—Hot House Entertainment has streeted the latest title in its Backroom Exclusive Videos series. Released Feb. 17, Backroom Exclusive Videos Vol. 17 features five scenes originally shot as content for the studio’s Backroom membership website.
Rafael Alencar leads a cast of 10 men through five hardcore scenes. Also featured are Hot House exclusives Vince Ferelli and Paul Wagner, Jackson Lawless, Tim Kruger, Nash Lawler, Fabio Stallone, Alessio Romero, Tony Vega and Tyler Saint.
Despite a sagging DVD market, sales of the Backroom Exclusive Videos series have been brisker than anticipated, according to Hot House Vice President and Creative Director Brent Smith. In part, the success is due to the series’ suggested retail price of $49.95 per title, he opined.
“These DVDs still pack five hot scenes with the biggest names in the business shot by the same award-winning Hot House crew as our big-budget Hot House Video line,” Smith said. “But [with the Backroom Exclusive Videos line] we’ve targeted the price point lower, which is appealing to many consumers in this economic climate.”
