Hot House Launches Superstore Version 3.0

SAN FRANCISCO - Hot House Entertainment has unveiled version 3.0 of its online superstore. The site, which recently won the 2008 Cybersocket Web Award for Best Video Company Site, includes a new streamlined design, an improved Flash video player for viewing free XXX previews, additional free iPod downloads and a new Ajax-enhanced checkout process.

"Our online store has always been the envy of the industry," said Brent Smith, Hot House's vice president and the designer of seven of the nine Hot House properties. "Superstore 3.0 has just raised the bar even higher. On the last version, I had too many chefs in the kitchen and had to compromise a lot of marketing to appease the team. This time around, I've been able to correct those problems and the result is a really cool site with the strongest marketing and stickiness in the gay business."

The company also updated the Hot House website's front door with a new "spotlight" module and rolled out a new model blog section that houses blogs, photos and video posts directly from the men of Hot House.

The company also recently launched two new membership sites - The Backroom and The Dungeon - and an affiliate program: Hot House Cash.

"All HotHouse.com properties are 100-percent Mac-friendly," Smith said. "We have never understood how studios can be so arrogant as to ignore their Mac users. Hot House is a hip, artistic, premium brand - characteristics many Mac users possess - and we've always been able to connect with that very important market segment.
