Hammer Changes Distributor from 1 to All Boys

MIAMI - Hammer Entertainment, announced Tuesday, May 22, that it had severed its ties with 1 Distribution effective immediately and is partnering with All Boys Distribution. Denis Jansen of Hammer said, "We’re looking to really expand our North American distribution and felt that we weren’t getting the attention that a quality line like Hammer deserves. This being the case, we’ve decided to award All Boys Distribution with exclusive distribution rights for all of North America effective today."

"To date Hammer has 16 films available here in North America," said David Amanson of All Boys, "meaning it’s a line we’re able to hit the ground running with."

"Due to the high demand of Hammer films here, all future new releases will be replicated and packaged here in the U.S.A.," said Rob Ragan of All Boys. "We’ve been using a replication company that eliminates shakers from all shipments, meaning no more scratched-up DVDs. This is where the Hammer films will now be replicated."

All Boys plans to release the first Hammer film the first week of June.
