"Grunts" to Bow Three Weeks Early

SAN FRANCISO - Grunts, Raging Stallion 's military epic in the tradition of such mainstream Hollywood sagas as Gallipoli and Tigerland, will debut Nov. 23 - a full three weeks earlier than originally planned.

Comprising a massive six-disc set with more than 12 hours of action and 13 hours of special features, Grunts is the largest gay erotic project ever produced, according to Raging Stallion president Chris Ward. Filmed on location in central California, Grunts examines the lives of a group of Army recruits as they train to become warriors. Ward said no expense was spared in the filming of the movie, and many Army vets played sex roles.

"Ben and I just finished up the edit - eight solid weeks of hard work," revealed Ward, who co-directed the movie with Ben Leon. "This movie really is like nothing we have ever seen. It really will raise the bar on what it takes to make a top-level gay adult film. I can't wait until viewers get their first look at it. It is going to blow everyone away."

Grunts stars 22 actors in 40 scenes. The movie will be available in its entirety on GayDVD, TLAVideo and Raging Stallion's website on Nov. 23; shipping will begin Nov. 26.

YouTube trailers are available.

Raging Stallion has expanded production to 24 major titles per year. Look for new releases every two weeks during the rest of 2007, Ward said.
