SAN DIEGO, Calif. - Gorgeous men, non-stop action, bad guys, good guys, and lots of steamy sex ... that's the stuff of which big-budget blockbusters are made. According to its producer, recently wrapped The Porne Ultimatum has plenty of every ingredient.
"The cast alone will make The Porne Ultimatum a huge success," said producer Steve Jerome.
Newcomer Kaden Saylor is Chason Porne, the star of the film, and Matt Damon has nothing on him in the looks department, according to co-star Brent Corrigan. "It's funny how straight guys have the ability to make a gay man's knees go weak," said Corrigan, who plays the med student who saves Porne's life and, of course, has sex with him.
The shoot was Saylor's first time in front of a large, professional production crew. "It was very intimidating at first, but everyone was so nice I got used to it," he said. "Everyone was understanding and helpful."
Also starring in The Porne Ultimatum are fellow Active Duty exclusives Levi, Kasey, and Colin. Active Duty is a sister company of The Porne Ultimatum's production company, Dink Flamigo's Dirty Bird Pictures. Both companies are subsidiaries of Pink Bird Media.
"Having these guys on the set with me provided at least a little bit of comfort," said Saylor. "Levi just appeared in Father Knows Best (directed by Jett Blakk for Dirty Bird Pictures), so he was able to give me some pointers."
Written and directed by Mike Donner, The Porne Ultimatum also incorporates the talents of Barrett Long, Brant Moore, and Mason Wyler. Videographers Ross Cannon and Billy Willder captured stills, outtakes, model interviews, and "behind-the-scenes" extras for inclusion on the two-disc DVD set that is in post-production now.
