GTC, Boulevard Distribution Ink Worldwide Distribution Deal

MISSION HILLS, Calif. - GTC Entertainment has parked its big rig at the offices of Boulevard Distribution. The companies struck an exclusive worldwide DVD distribution deal Oct. 28.

GTC's product has been called "blue-collar Americana apple pie" - with a gay twist, of course.

"These are real-life, hard-driving truckers," said Boulevard chief executive officer Andy Goode. "The four films by Tim and Scott are like sex docu-dramas. I never realized truckers were so busy. Between the rest-stop antics, the cheap motels, the convoys, the all-night diners, the glory holes, the X-rated bookstores, the cheap hookers.... Did I mention the glory holes?"

GTC - an initialization for "Gay Truckers (dot) Com" - saw its genesis on the Web as the first gay trucker community site owned and operated by real drivers. Founders Tim and Scott shone a light on safe cruising through their website and popular magazine, Gay Truckers Classifieds. The pair formed GTC Entertainment when they began taking a video camera on the road to film real-life, amateur action coast to coast.
