With the GAYVN Awards right around the corner those wanting to get a look at this year's nominees can check out NakedSword.com. The popular live streaming and video website is hosting exclusive clips and videos of several nominated titles.
Both members and nonmembers of NakedSword.com will be able to stream and/or download the nominated titles, which include Falcon's Aftershock, Colt's Reload, Hot House's Skuff 2, and Lucas Entertainment's Vengeance 2.
"It only made sense," said NakedSword.com President Tim Valenti in a press release this week. "We had access to the films and we have an eager and informed member base."
Several of the nominated titles have already been available on the site, which features an extensive video library that holds close to 3,000 full-length titles from major studios like Falcon, Hot House, Rascal, All Worlds, Jet Set, and Colt.
According to Valenti, featuring the movies for streaming and downloading is a way to honor gay adult content in much the same fashion as the Oscars celebrate more mainstream cinema. "We wanted to build a space that would celebrate the spirit of the GAYVNs while also allowing visitors to view nominated movies. Everyone flocks to mainstream Hollywood awards. We thought we'd highlight the best in our industry,' he said.
