‘Folsom Undercover' Set to Debut Sept. 28

SAN FRANCISCO - TitanMen has coordinated a number of events to celebrate the launch of Folsom Undercover, the new leather-fetish film it produced in conjunction with Folsom Street Events. The events will take place during the 25th annual Folsom Street Fair.

TitanMen exclusive performers François Sagat, Dean Flynn, Alex Baresi, Dirk Jager, Diesel Washington, Rick van Sant, Eduardo, Chad Manning and Tony Buff will appear live at various times and places. They will be joined by TitanMen Derek da Silva, Frank Philipp, Arpad Miklos, Marco Blaze, Markus Ram, Dominic Sol and others. Folsom Undercover director Brian Mills also will make special appearances throughout the weekend.

Folsom Street Fair is part of San Francisco's infamous Leather Week. The celebration kicked off Sept. 20 with a special gala dinner during which Joan Rivers entertained. VIP ticket holders received a pre-release copy of Folsom Undercover in their gift bags.

TitanMen also will expose Folsom Undercover during Magnitude, the official leather-fetish dance party of the fair. Flynn, Eduardo, Washington, Buff and da Silva will perform live as part of TitanMen's presenting sponsorship of the event. Tickets are available online. The party will begin at 10 p.m. Sept. 27 at the Regency Center.

The big unveiling is scheduled for Sept. 28 at the TitanMen/NakedSword booth at the corner of Folsom and Dore on the fair's main drag. All the performers will be on hand to meet fans and sign free copies of the 2009 TitanMen calendar. In addition, each will be available for up-close-and-personal photos. Folsom Undercover director's version DVDs and Blu-ray discs will be for sale at the booth at special fair-only prices, as will every other film in the co-branded Folsom line: Folsom Prison, Folsom Filth, Folsom Leather and Fear.

The new TitanMen-branded line of personal lubricants, available for the first time in the USA, also will be introduced at the fair. Designed by men for men, the lubes are made in Germany.

A portion of sales from the Folsom line of DVDs will be donated to the TitanMen/Folsom Fund. In 2007, the fund donated more than $25,000 to support non-profit organizations benefiting gay men's health and education. This year's goal is to top $30,000.

"As a leader within the gay adult industry, TitanMen is proud to be one of the largest studio contributors to non-profit organizations specializing in gay men's health and education," said Bruce Cam, founder and chief executive officer of TitanMen parent company Titan Media. "We have been able to show that protection and profit can go hand in hand by producing the best-selling gay adult films in the world while still maintaining a condom-only/safer sex policy. The greatest gift we can give back to the community is the portrayal of safer sex and the use of condoms in our films. The value of a single human life is worth more than any amount of money we could ever contribute."

Video-on-demand provider NakedSword plans to begin broadcasting Folsom Undercover in conjunction with its release at the fair. NakedSword is the exclusive VOD distributor of the entire co-branded TitanMen/Folsom series of films.
