In a February 9 press release, Falcon Studios President Todd Montgomery announced the promotion of Director of Production Chris Steele to Senior Director of Production & Editing.
In his new role Steele will now oversee editing and all production aspects of Falcon and Mustang films.
Along with his new duties, Steele will also direct five new films for Falcon in 2006, including Falcon’s yearly two-part destination film.
Steele’s directorial debut for Falcon was 2004's Taking Flight 1-2, which broke all company sales records at that time. In the press release it was revealed that Taking Flight's sales record has been surpassed by Steele's second two-parter, Cross Country 1-2. The fall 2005 release is, so far, the best selling and most financially successful film in Falcon’s 34-year history.
Steele’s first film of 2006, Big Dick Club (FVP166), will be released on March 20.
