New York City-based Dark Alley Media has just completed filming a feature for European porn giant Private Media Group's gay division, Man-Size. The announcement was made this morning by Man-Size brand manager Giles Hirst.
The as-yet-untitled movie, said Hirst, "is a fast-paced, non-stop sexathon with five scenes (including a five-man orgy)." The nine-man cast was directed by Dark Alley co-owner/ performer/ director Matthias von Fistenberg.
This production, filmed in the U.S. with a U.S. cast, is a first for Man-Size which, until now, has filmed exclusively in Europe.
“I love Dark Alley's work,” said Hirst. “They are building up a great reputation for creating movies packed with sexually charged energy and non-stop action. Working with cutting-edge director Matthias was an exciting experience and an interesting look into the creative process. This is our first venture at producing a movie in the U.S. and we are very excited with the results."
Von Fistenberg said that he filmed the Man-Size movie with the same technique he uses with Dark Alley productions. "Our signature four-camera shooting style captures the performers' sexual dynamic in a way that is unparalleled by other methods of filming," he explained, "so the spontaneity and pace of the moment aren't lost."
Hirst said the movie stars Duke Rivers, Jake Corwin, Tre' Xavier, Christ Crawford, Mario Cruz, Jason Dean, Ligee, "and features an intense duo scene with Matthias von Fistenberg and Owen Hawk."
The movie will be released in early 2007.
