Directed by Ken Slater and produced by Mike Zillion, Bears at Work features Ali, Chet, Dean Ferguson, Eric Bear, Hank, Jake, Jim Stagger, Mark and Rowdy Bear. The men come together in pairs, threesomes and foursomes on blue-collar jobs until each has worked out all of his "tension."
