Cram Entertainment Debuts, Offers Free Feature

SOUTH PARIS, Maine—Based in New England and founded by a longtime adult content distributor, new gay adult studio Cram Entertainment’s goal is to expose every hot, horny exhibitionist in Maine to the voyeuristic audience he craves.

“We’re set to bring the industry something it badly needs: New England men strutting their stuff on camera for the first time ever,” said co-founder Rob Ragan. “Cram Entertainment is going to be a wonderful studio, as there are just so many men here in Maine that love having sex. I’m just sorry it took me this long to start producing films with them.”

According co-founder Craig Rivas, “This is something we’ve been working on here for several months, and it’s finally coming together after a tremendous amount of time and energy.”

Rivas said the studio intends to release its first title in late May through Ragan’s All Boys Distribution, for which Rivas serves as vice president. As a bonus, the DVD containing New England Cum Sluts also will contain a second full-length feature from Bad Boy Productions (also owned by Ragan). Bloopers also will be included, Ragan said.

“Today, selling a new line can be tough with all of the competition out there,” he explained. “I felt the best way to convince people to try the first Cram film was to include another unreleased film at no charge, as we’re fully confident the Cram line will gain an audience quickly.”

Future titles will include “some funny storyline features as well as an outdoor line and some other just plain fun films people can both get off on and laugh with,” Ragan added.

The studio actively seeks new talent.

“Most of the guys we’ve come across are the true-to-form twinks, but we’re certainly not going to limit ourselves to a single body type,” Rivas said. “We want to bring sexy to the world from the men here in New England. We have worked very hard in assuring that all we film offers better-than-average models with no-holds-barred attitudes.”

According to Ragan, Cram shoots everything in true high-definition format, and the technique presented a few challenges.

“That’s why it’s taking so damn long to get the first wave of titles out,” he grumbled. “However, we have now been able to fix all of the bugs that have been preventing us from getting these great scenes onto a DVD, and there will be plenty more to come over the next several years.”
