LONDON - Raw Asian Holes, the sequel to Boykakke Films' debut flick, Bangkok Dormitory Boys, will be released worldwide on March 25, the company has announced.
"We realize that not everyone will agree with our decision to go bareback on this new release," said Boykakke chief executive officer CJ. "We have had a tremendous demand for bareback content on our website, as well as from the retail sector. We decided it's in our best interest to cater to our members' and affiliates' requests."
Boykakke's DannyZ added, "We respect people's opinions on both sides of this heated issue, and will continue filming condom movies as well. The decision to film bareback on this release in no way means that we no longer care for our models' safety. Prior to all shoots, we have a translator explain all risks to the models, and we test and sero-sort them to reduce their risk as much as possible. We believe that it's a person's own choice what they wish to do with their own bodies, as long as they are consenting adults. We also include a safer-sex warning at the beginning of the DVD, to ensure our product is reaching an informed audience."
Rob Ragan, president of Boykakke's exclusive distribution company, All Boys Distribution, said, "This film is gliding directly into what the mainstream gay consumer is looking for in a film. It's hotter than hell, raunchier than raunchy and shot in [high-definition], giving it the super-high quality that's fueling today's gay consumer. I think this film is going to shatter any other Asian title that even tries to compete with these guys. It'll be interesting to see if this gets what will be a well-deserved award nomination, as they've won two years standing [the Cybersocket Web Award] for ‘Best Asian-Themed Site.'"
