NEW YORK — Big City Video has launched a PPV download site, BigCityPPV.com. Currently. Robbie Glessman, president of Big City, which focuses on black and Latin men, told GAYVN.com that the studio currently has 30 DVDs on the site and that it is offering a 50% split on commission.
