PRAGUE -Luke Hamill and Dolph Lambert are among the Bel Ami performers who will meet and greet fans during GAYVN Awards weekend in San Francisco, March 27-28.
In addition to attending the gala awards ceremony March 28 at the Castro Theatre, the Bel Ami crew will host a tailgate party March 27 at the 440 Castro bar. Located in the heart of San Francisco's famed Castro district, the event is part of NakedSword's big evening of tailgate parties preceding the big event. Giveaways and Bel Ami movie screenings will be part of the fun, a studio spokesman said.
Bel Ami plans to give fans a play-by-play update about the studio's trip to the West Coast by Twittering from every event the Bel Ami boys attend. Followers will receive updates from the party at 440 Castro and the GAYVN Awards, pictures and contest information on the studio's page at Twitter.com/BelAmiOnline.
Bel Ami titles and performers are nominated for several GAYVN Awards, including Best Actor (Brandon Manilow and Ralph Woods), Best Newcomer (Lambert), Best Cinematography and Best Director (both for Bel Ami founder George Duroy), Best All-Sex Film and Best Pro/Am Film (both for A+2), Best Foreign Release (French Kiss and Lemonade) and Best Cumshot (in Johan's Journal).
The studio's three-year investment in digital technology was recognized with nominations for Best Site of the Year and Best Twink Site, both for the studios online flagship, BelAmiOnline.com.
In February, Bel Ami snagged its fourth Best European Website award from the Cybersocket Web Awards and received multiple Hard Choice Awards from XX Factor e-zine.
