PRAGUE, Czech Republic - Bel Ami announced Monday, May 21, that it is going to restructure its U.S. operations over the next three months. All operations connected to Bel Ami, BelAmiOnline, BuyBelAmi, and BelAmiCash will be overseen by the company’s Internet squad, which is based in Prague. A press release said that "innovative upgrades of our online assistance system will provide more streamlined services to our customers.
"Because Prague is the hub of our international operations and the source of our online expertise, it only makes good sense for us to have all of our support activities based in Prague as well," a spokesperson for founder George Duroy said.
Distribution of Bel Ami DVDs in the States will not be affected, as Paladin will remain sole Bel Ami distributor in the U.S. All United States operations will be based out of Bel Ami’s Monterey, Calif., office. Contacts will not be changing.
