Bad Boys on the Hudson Scheduled for July 11

NEW YORK—Former gay adult performer-turned-promoter and community activist Will Clark will host the seventh annual Bad Boys on the Hudson cruise July 11. Proceeds from the event benefit the New York City Gay/Lesbian Anti Violence Project.

The lineup of gay adult performers and celebrities scheduled to participate this year include multiple award-winner Michael Brandon (recently off a gig co-emceeing the most controversial International Mr. Leather in the decades-long history of the event), newcomer Lance Navarro, leatherman Scott Spears, Tom of Finland model Duke Rivers (back for this seventh consecutive year), Mike Dreyden, Bryan Slater, Mr. Rawhide 2010 Colin Steele, Rocco Manley, Ryan Raz and go-go boys Torez and Spike.

According to Clark, 2009’s cruise was expected to be the last, but public demand convinced him to schedule at least one more. The traditional boat, Queen of Hearts, will depart from Pier 40 promptly at 7:30 p.m.

“Tickets are $22 in advance; and $25 at the door, if they’re even available,” he said. “Doors open at 6 p.m., pre-show starts at 6:30, boat leaves the pier at 7:30 p.m., and the stars’ clothes come off around 8—and then who knows what’ll happen until we return to Pier 40 at 10 p.m. DJ Phillip Kimball will take us all on a tribal dance journey. And of course, as we learned in Into the Woods, if you’re going to travel, eat first—which is why there’s a buffet on board fit for a king.”

Tickets are available online at GayPartyCruise.com and SeaTea.com. Event details are available at WillClarkWorld.com.
